B.E.A.S.T. PERFORMANCE provides motivated personal training that helps clients in Jacksonville, Florida, to lose weight, build muscle and core strength, improve functionality, increase daily energy and endurance by way of multi-planar, compound exercises. B.E.A.S.T. stands for Balance, Endurance, Agility, Strength, and Teamwork – each of which is vital to our programs. We work with you to choose which training program fits your needs and budget.
Our focus is not only to get you to your goals as safe and efficient as possible but to improve your overall quality of life. Fitness is not the only aspect in a healthy lifestyle, your diet is just as important of a factor and we are more than happy to share our knowledge and services with our clients upon request to help form a better and healthier YOU.

TRAINING OPTIONS

ONE ON ONE TRAINING:

One on One training option will give you access to personalized training that will be tailored to helping you reach your fitness goals. We will help you work with your body to gain mobility, strength, endurance while on the path to reaching your goals through way of multi-planar compound exercises and stretches. We do not have machines in our gym due to the restrictive factor it puts on your planes of motion that your body should naturally move in while performing movements, this helps build your core, balance and proprioception.

BUDDY TRAINING :

Buddy Training option is like the One on One training however this way you can work out with a buddy and save money and have fun together while doing so. Partnering with a buddy that has similar goals is recommended but not required.
