It depends on your goals, If you are looking to lose fat while building muscle the fat loss plan fits your needs, If you are 200+lbs and looking to gain lean muscle then the Lean gain plan will best fit your needs. Both plans are structured to allow your body to lose fat while building lean muscle, however the reason you do the AMR is to determine if you are looking to lose weight or gain weight while losing that fat and building muscle. This said, if you are under 200 lbs and looking to acquire lean gains the “Fat loss” plan will be a good fit this will come down to the numbers determined via the AMR calculator. To make this simplistic the “Fat loss” plan is good for those looking to lose weight or gain weight, however if your goal is to gain weight (lean mass) once you get to a certain weight you will require more calories requiring you to bump it up to the next level on the “Lean gains” program.

You will be charged at the time of purchase, then every Wednesday going forward.
