David grew up on military institutions so naturally he had discipline instilled in him. He followed in his father’s footsteps and also committed 5 years to the United States Navy. While in the Navy David was in charge of running a simulated boot camp while stationed in Key West to ready shipmates for their physical readiness test. David currently holds his Certification via NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) , however prior to his official certification David did a lot of self-study and has concluded that multi planar compound training is the root of improving functionality, thus said he has a unique approach on training by incorporating multi styles of training in frontal, sagittal and transverse movements.
David has worked with age groups ranging from 15-65 he has also worked in group class style settings as well as one on one and small group personal training. David does not teach any technique that he has not himself implemented into his workout and perfected, therefore leading by example and encourages others to lead a similar approach on not just fitness but all lifestyle behaviors.
